Artist genes…

Emily’s paper on paper composition below got me to thinking about our family’s artistic streak. emily collage 201003001 (1024x744) B was studying design when we met and has always been very creative. I love photography and, although far from being an artist, have always liked playing with images. See a psychedelic version of some Koi I shot at the Heidelberg Zoo, for instance.psychedelic fish_8122 2 (1024x683) Like me when I was his age, Robert absolutely loves to draw. He has his own style, which I love.

Notice the graceful curvature of the Hefeweizen glass captured beautifully by Sophia. I’ll resist the urge to fawn over the artistry of German beer.

Would love to continue this post but am getting really thirsty…
