An hour or so before heading out to dinner, we dissected the vodka bomb. It was extremely good. I don’t think I’ve ever tasted watermelon that was so sweet (much less supersaturated with vodka). Lessons learned:
- We should use a bigger water melon
- People of all ages seem to love it
- We need to find a way to distribute the vodka better throughout the watermelon. There were pockets that were virtually flammable
- We should try flavored vodka.
There are plenty of leftovers which we’ll dispose of this afternoon during the churrasco.
