Penha's almost preaternatural cooking instincts didn't let us down in the least. After about 20 minutes of pot time, our test lobster emerged steaming hot and succulant. I personally have never seen such a large lobster tail. It was cooked to perfection. The good news? Two more leviathan lobsters and a bunch of shrimp to come!
