The La Torre del Oro is nestled into the walls of the Plaza Mayor. I can’t think of a place I’d rather wet my whistle while there.
Bullfighting is the dominant decorating motif, with pictures galore that would make Hannibal Lector gag (you’ve been warned). 
Actually, I think you can find cheaper eats and drinks a minute or two from the plaza, but the ambiance of this place is priceless.
