We landed in Germany Wednesday afternoon (September 9). The return was shear hell (more on that later), but all are accounted for and slowly adjusting to our regular routine on the Continent. On Thursday, the kids slept until 11:00, a first for the post-diaper era. Monday I go back to work and the kids go back to school. This vacation was so intensely wonderful I haven’t completely caught up with it yet. I imagine it will take a month or so to get my head around it, but what great memories…
By the way, I’ve gone back through several of the posts and added video. More pictures and clips forthcoming in the next couple of weeks as I sort through the 7,000 (yes, thousand) pictures and 350 video clips I shot!
