Walking back to the hotel this afternoon, I heard music emanating from the middle of a large group of people. Turned out to be Mongolian musicians playing almost hypnotic native (I assume) music. The throat singing and horse heads on the “scrolls” of their instruments were my first clues.
After donating a few loose coins, I took the following picture. Nice, no?
